J Posadas defined as a Revolutionary State the process of social and economic transformations that occurs in given countries without reaching the stage of the Workers State. This happens a lot in Latin America and Africa. In the Revolutionary State, the relations of forces create a very deep process of dual power between the mass of the population and the capitalist state, with a political leadership unready to give a solution beyond the capitalist camp.
