The capitalist system today is in the final phase of its agony, whilst there is also a reanimation of the Workers States that look favourably upon socialism and the rise of revolutionary powers, as in Venezuela. In this process, the world proletariat and the revolutionary movements need an instrument of organisation: an international and mass Party.
In relation to this. we found it apposite to publish « The call of Hugo Chavez to create a Fifth International », a call which he launched in Caracas in 2009.
